By downloading or using Honk!, you agree to these Terms of Service.

License

Vizmar Games grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Honk! for your personal entertainment.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the game except where permitted by applicable law.

Gameplay and Progress

Honk! is designed as a single-player game.

Gameplay progress, unlocks, settings, and purchased content are associated with your device and platform account as supported by the game.

Vizmar Games does not guarantee that game progress can always be restored if your device is lost, damaged, or reset.

In-App Purchases

Honk! offers optional in-app purchases.

All purchases are processed through the applicable platform store (such as the Apple App Store or Google Play).

All billing, refunds, and payment processing are governed by the policies of the platform through which the purchase was made.

Advertisements

The free version of Honk! may display advertisements.

Players who purchase the Remove Ads feature will no longer receive gameplay advertisements, except where advertisements are required by the platform or relate to the platform's own services.

Updates

Vizmar Games may release updates that add, modify, rebalance, or remove game features in order to improve gameplay, fix bugs, or maintain compatibility with supported devices.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the game in violation of applicable laws.
• Attempt to exploit bugs or vulnerabilities for malicious purposes.
• Modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the game except where permitted by law.
• Interfere with the operation of online platform services used by the game.

Honk! is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Vizmar Games does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the game.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vizmar Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of Honk!.

Termination

Vizmar Games reserves the right to discontinue support for Honk! or terminate access to online services associated with the game at any time.

Changes to These Terms

Vizmar Games may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of Honk! after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
